2. Receive Your Engagement Package
Once we review your intake, you’ll receive a proposal, engagement letter, invoice, and onboarding checklist through our secure client portal. Review, sign, and pay - all in one place.
3. Upload Your Documents
Upload tax documents, business records, and any supporting materials through the secure portal. We send a clear checklist so you know exactly what we need.
4. We Prepare and Review Your Tax Return
Your tax return is prepared using professional tax software. A licensed CPA reviews everything before it reaches you. If we have questions, we will send a single organized message through the portal and through email.
Most tax returns are completed 7-10 business days from receiving complete documents.
5. Delivery, Signature, and Filing
You receive your completed tax return through the portal for review. E-sign your authorization form, and we file. You will receive the filing confirmation once submitted and accepted. Done.

Used for tax documents, organizers, engagement letters, signatures, payments, return delivery, and sensitive communication.

Used for general updates, summaries, scheduling notices, and non-sensitive administrative communication.
Phone:
Calls are handled by appointment or routed through the firm’s receptionist system. This allows us to keep client work moving without constant interruptions.
