1. Start with the fit check

New clients complete a brief intake form so we can understand your needs, entity structure, deadlines, and whether the engagement is a good fit.

2. Engage through the secure portal

If accepted, you receive a proposal, engagement letter, invoice, and onboarding checklist through the client portal.

3. Upload documents securely

Tax documents, business records, signed forms, and deliverables are handled through the secure portal — not regular email.

4. Preparation, review, and planning

Tax returns are prepared using professional tax software, with advisory and projection work supported by dedicated tax planning tools when appropriate.

5. Delivery and filing

Final deliverables, signature requests, payment steps, and filing confirmations are handled through the portal.

How communication works

To keep work organized and secure, the firm uses a portal-first communication model.

Secure portal:

Used for tax documents, organizers, engagement letters, signatures, payments, return delivery, and sensitive communication.

Email:

Used for general updates, summaries, scheduling notices, and non-sensitive administrative communication.

Phone:

Calls are handled by appointment or routed through the firm’s receptionist system. This allows us to keep client work moving without constant interruptions.
